How Do I Get My Full Security Deposit Back?
Our commitment to the owners of properties is to return the unit back in the condition it was originally rented, less normal wear and tear. Patching holes in drywall, repairing broken items, cleaning, and carpet cleaning are all items that may be charged after a move out inspection has been completed.
Do I have to sign a year lease?
Most properties are offered with an annual lease. Shorter or longer- term leases maybe available.
Can I paint my apartment?
No modifications may be made to your rental home without prior written authorization.
Who cuts the grass and clears the snow?
This will be outlined in your lease agreement. Most single family homes will have the resident be responsible, while multi-units are covered by snow removal agreements.
How Do I Apply?

Why is there an application fee?
The application fee is used to complete credit and background check to process the application.
How Long Does the Process Take?
Applications are processed in 2 - 3 business days. We rent to the first approved applicant who pays their security deposit.
May I bring my pet?
Some of our properties allow pets, but not all. All pets must be screened and approved prior to adding them to your residence. Additional fees may apply.
