What are your management fees?

Management fees vary depending on the type of property, location, number of units, and size of portfolio. As a general rule, you can expect to pay 8-10% of total collected rent. We charge one month’s rent for placement fee. Contact us for a management fee assessment.

Who handles resident placement?

Our placement fee is one month’s rent. This covers listing of the property, photos, lease preparation, showings, and applicant screening.

How is maintenance handled?

We have developed a network of vendors that are fully vetted, including requiring proof of insurance and subcontractor agreements. Work orders are called in or entered through the portal in Buildium. We will coordinate all repairs and maintenance.

How will I know how my investment is performing?

Monthly statements are available 24/7 through your owner portal and we encourage owners to set aside time once or twice a year to review their portfolio. We are always looking for ways to help owners improve the financial performance of their properties while creating a quality experience for residents.
