Initial Meeting or Walk-Through

We’ll meet you at our office or at your property and help determine rate and terms, listing prices, outstanding improvements, etc.

Management & Listing Agreement

After signing our PMA and listing agreement, we will connect you with one of our Property Managers for our owner onboarding process.

Final Step

After receiving rent roll, utilities, and contact information, residents will be contacted about the management change. Then we will begin the implementation phase.


As your Property Management team, we manage:

  • Preventative & Ongoing Maintenance

  • First Call for Maintenance and Other Requests

  • Rent Roll, Monthly Statements, Resident Placement, & Renewals

  • Any Eviction Process on Your Behalf
